Part 7 of the Fitness Games series. Try these 2 group games / drills out in your next workouts:
– Relays: Split up in teams, one or two people of each team make their way to the other side, touch a line/wall/object etc. and return. When a team finished, they sit down. First team to sit down, wins. You can modify by amount of times everyone has to complete the sprint, you can also modify the way they do it (run, bear crawl, burpees, army crawl etc.) or you can give them an object to do something with. If they have an object, it also prevents their team mate from starting too early. They can only start when the object is given (not thrown) to them.
– Tag (who doesn’t love tag games): Predetermined playing field which you can not exit. If you get tagged, you stand with your legs wide open. You can be saved if someone crawls between your legs. However, the tagger is allowed to guard you. The tagger’s goal is to tag everyone so nobody can be saved anymore. Adjustments can be size of playing field, activity to do with the arms while waiting to be saved and amount of taggers.
