FitGuana Online Program
FitGuana offers a creative and highly efficient approach to training. We don't bother with extremes, hypes or manipulative marketing strategies. Instead we focus on a wide variety of "training tools" to maximize your progress and time while truly enjoying yourself.
Our online program was created for two reasons:
- To offer clients who live outside of our area a way to train with us.
- To give our local clients content to use during Open Gym times, traveling or at home when you're unable to come to our facility.
The online program consists of three different training sessions every week and is meant to give you a full body workout. We do not split workouts due to fact that we want to give as many people as possible the opportunity to make positive changes in their fitness and health. However every session will be vastly different and keep your body and mind challenged.
Typical online workouts are anywhere between 20 and 40 minutes long. The goal of our training program is to gain lean body mass while obtaining or maintaining a low body fat percentage which is key to better health, looks and athleticism.I
