The online program consists of three different training sessions every week and is meant to give you a full body workout. Every session will be vastly different and keep your body and mind challenged. Modifications and adjustments are suggested to make sure you work at your own personal level and can modify if needed.
Our members can enjoy using the online training program during Open Gym (check Vagaro for schedule), when traveling, snow days, etc. You'll never have to miss your FitGuana workout again!

HOW TO REGISTER (FOR FACILITY MEMBERS):
Anyone who would like to access the online training program must register at FitGuana.com. To register, go to the FitGuana homepage. At the top right corner you will see the link "Log In" (pictured below). Click the link and create an email and password for your log in. FitGuana will grant local facility members who register full access to the workouts and exercise library for FREE!
HOW TO SIGN UP (FOR NON MEMBERS):
To sign up for the Online Training Program visit FitGuana.com. Select "Services" on the menu bar, and click "Online Training Program" in the drop down menu. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click "Start Now". Once you are registered, you will have full access to the training program along with the exercise library.
