I like simple, straightforwards foods. I also love protein. That's why I love this quiche. It is quick, easy yet delicious.
- 9 large eggs
- 1 table spoon baking powder
- 1/4 cup flour
- salt & pepper
- 2 cups shredded cheese (of your liking)
Mix everything together in a bow and mix in 2-3 table spoons of breadcrumbs. Then pour the mixture into a cast iron pan which you oiled beforehand and sprinkle another few table spoons of breadcrumbs on top.
OPTIONAL: add some steamed vegetables (broccoli added in picture example).
Place in the grill or over for 30 - 40 minutes at 350 degrees Fahrenheit until the top is golden brown.
