New Feature: Workout Journal

Here is our weekly NEW feature as part of our expansion on October 18th.

Every current and new member will receive a FitGuana workout journal, made specifically for our clients only.


The journal has some valuable information regarding fitness, body composition and nutrition guidelines for optimal progress and results. Also included are 12 weekly assessment pages which you use to track your workouts, score your efforts and note down your progress, highlights etcetera.


We’re very excited to offer this to our members to ensure maximum results and enjoyment while tracking your training!
