Grab both handles and bend your arms next to your body while standing.  

Raise one leg forward as you bend through your standing leg (while extending your arms).  

The front knee may travel forward slightly as you balance your gravity point to the center of the body.  Assist with the arms as needed and lower yourself below parrallel.
